Exhibition mostly installed in George Paton Gallery. It looks gorgeous - strange having only seen all these bits and pieces on the kitchen table, and in folders and piles - to have them all up on the gallery wall gives a completely different experience. I had incredible installation consultants helping me set up, lucky really as when it came to my method for suspending a globe, well, let's just say you can really tell I'm a conceptual artist :) Philippa thought it was hilarious, a piece of performance art, and Kim the wonderful sculptor extraordinaire eventually said, after watching me for 7 or 8 minutes: here give me that, and very efficiently deconstructed what I'd done and made it work, simple and elegant in about 2 minutes flat. Finishing off the final sound tweaking, some of the remixes (the ones I've got so far) are gorgeous, I think it's going to be really exciting for people to see and hear. Better go now, finish installing today, then I'll be kicking back in the gallery, knitting and chatting to anyone who comes in.
