Bridge of Death


Menai Suspension Bridge

Something about all my current preoccupations converges in the above three videos. Finally realised while watching the Menai Suspension Bridge clip that the anchor element is seriously missing in my conception of bridges - all that being suspended and connection is there; but not the anchoring. hmmmm.
Definitely needs work - I need to be anchored too... chain me to the rocks!

The disintegration on giving the wrong answer to one of three questions is also resonating - especially when they are: well I won't spoil it for you; watch and see. Disappearing, dissolution; dissolving into the abyss...

and if I asked you to jump?
